How sweet... It seems someone left three roses outside our door last night. I don't know where they came from, but they were certainly a nice gesture.

I haven't checked the melons out yet, but does anyone feel like having some watermelon ice? I got some from work last night and they taste delicious~

So much for finishing this book. It's going to be hard to get anything done while the buildings are like this, it seems.

So almost everyone's switched bodies with each other. It's quite unnerving. I'd try and look to see if there were some logical explanation out there, but I doubt I'd find one.

Seems I bought more law books than I intended. I'm on the last one right now, but I'm only half-way through. Wonder if the library's got a service for returning all of these.

On the upside, there is more tea if anyone'd like some.

This week had been really nice. Thanks to the vending machines that popped around town, I had been able to take some time off work and really look into the law books at the library. I had been meaning to ever since I heard about the whole profession from Miles, but last week had just been perfect.

I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to say this until now, but thank you for taking me to the ball, Godot. I throughly enjoyed myself. It seems I received presents from this ball...? I already put the rose up, but I'll probably be spending that certificate on a law book or two.

I almost miss those vending machines now.

Thank goodness everyone's returned to their normal selves. It was a lot of hard work looking after you all, but it was oddly fun while it lasted. And, I admit, it's interesting to see what these children look like as adults. Some of them haven't changed at all.

About this ball... it sounds like it'll be interesting. I'm not sure about taking a date, but I'll be there either way. I would like to keep eating, you know. It would make for a painful punishment for sure. I guess I wouldn't mind being asked. It certainly sounds nice.

Mm.. I could've sworn that this was--- ... Now I can't seem to remember it at all. Almost as if this is some kind of crazy dream.

So, here I am, on the edge of a forest. The bright lights tell me town isn't too far off, either. Come on, Mia, let's find town.. and then shelter and perhaps an explanation on where - and what - this place is.

Then.. perhaps, I can look for my memories if that's even possible.
